Two Bangkok's court bombers sentenced to five-month imprisonment

BANGKOK, March 17 (TNA) - Two bombers of Bangkok's Criminal Court have been sentenced to a five-month imprisonment each without suspension. The Criminal Court gave the verdict against the two bombers on Tuesday after they were found guilty of a grenade attack at a parking area of the Criminal Court on Ratchadaphisek Road in the capital on March 7. Two security guards of the court and a representative of the court's director stood as plaintiff witnesses and both defendants admitted to the crime. Police investigators sought arrest warrants against 14 suspects and asked the military court to extend the detention of four of them, including the two bombers sentenced to jail, while four others are under military detention in compliance with the martial law.
