UI Students To Hold Chemistry Fair 2014

Jakarta, Oct 17 (Antara) - Chemistry Students Association (HMD) of the University of Indonesia (UI) will hold Chemistry Fair 2014 for public at different time, according to the fair project officer, Muhammad Iqbal Syauqi. "The Chemistry Fair 2014 is a national scientific event that will be highlighted by numerous scientific competitions, seminars, and entertainments," Iqbal said on Friday at the UI campus in Depok, West Java. He explained that the fair will be made up of chemistry photograph on October 24, national seminars, themed "The Role of Nano Science and Bio-sensor in the Advancement of Medical and Environment" on November 20, and "Integrating Green Chemistry Principles into the Development of Eco-friendly Industrial Ingredients, Processes, and Products" on November 29, Chemistry Fair for Kids on November 23 for kindergarten and elementary school students and family members, Chemistry Innovation Project for senior high school, diploma, and strata-1 students on November 15-16, and Chemistry Show on November 16, 2014. Iqbal remarked that the fair will be held under the theme, "Integrating Green Chemistry for More Sustainable Life".
