UK official calls for continuation of talks between Iran, P5+1

New York, March 2, IRNA - Permanent Representative of the UK to the United Nations Mark Lyall Grant here Saturday called for continuation of negotiations between Iran and Group 5+1. Speaking to IRNA, Grant stressed that members of the sextet (five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) are expecting Tehranˈs response to their proposals presented during the Almaty talks. He reiterated that the sextet took part in the Kazakhstan negotiations, on February 26-27, to follow up negotiations and diplomatic solutions to Iranˈs nuclear issue. He further termed the P5+1 proposal as ˈvery seriousˈ.
