UN High Representative interviewed by Euronews as UNAOC 7th Global Forum gets underway in Baku

Baku, April 25, AZERTAC The United Nations High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser has been interviewed by Euronews as the organization`s 7th Global Forum is taking place in Baku. He highlighted the activities of the UN Alliance of Civilizations, saying they are focused specifically on migration, education, media and youth. He said living together in inclusive societies also converges with the three major pillars of the United Nations: peace and security, human rights, and development. Mr Al-Nasser noted the role of the media in moving forward to the goal of an inclusive society. He also hailed the importance of the 7th Global Forum in Baku.
