UNFPA To Broaden Co-op With Imam Khomeini Relief Committee

Tehran, Aug 6, IRNA -- Deputy director of Imam Khomeini relief aid committee for international Affairs Mohammad Mohammadifard said on Sunday that United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has voiced readiness to cooperate with the relief aid committee on health and rehabilitation of bread-earning women. Imam Khomeini relief aid committee works to help promote health and rehabilitate deprived families, he said. Imam Khomeini relief aid committee has signed letter of understanding on broadening cooperation with United Nations Development Program (UNDP), The World Health Organization and OCHA (Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs), he said./end
