University Jihad Inks Agreement With Arbilˈs Salahaddin University

Tehran, Feb 19, IRNA – University Jihadˈs Culture, Arts and Architecture Research Center signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on research, culture and art with Arbilˈs Salahaddin University. During the signing ceremony, head of the research center, Mohammad Ali Khabari citing University Jihadˈs capabilities and potentials said that given the cultural commonalities between the two countries, ground for promoting cultural ties is well-prepared. He hoped that the agreement will usher in a new chapter for scientific, cultural and artistic cooperation in future. Saheb Qahraman Isa, an instructor of Salahaddin University, pointed to Iranˈs capabilities in science and cultural sectors and hoped that the agreement will serve as a prelude to further cooperation in various areas. Salahaddin University is an educational institution in Arbil, capital of Kurdistan Region of Iraq. One of the oldest and largest institutions of higher learning in Kurdistan Region, Salahaddin University was established in 1968 and was originally based in Sulaimaniya.
