UN's new representative in Iran appointed

Tehran, Oct 15, IRNA – The United Nations has appointed Mandeep O'brien as the new chief of its representative office in Iran. She used to represent UNICEF in Iran. O'brien joined the UN mission in India twenty years ago and served a number of missions in Asia and the south and east of Africa. Over the past twenty years, Ms. O'Brien has served in the UN, across three agencies, both in the field and headquarters.
