Veep congratulates New Year to Christians worldwide

Tehran, Dec 31, IRNA – First Vice President Es'haq Jahangiri in a message late on Thursday congratulated world nations on the advent of the New Year and the followers of the Prophet of Peace and Tolerance, Jesus Christ, especially his Christian compatriots. The world went through a difficult year when it suffered a lot from the pandemic coronavirus in addition to the injustices and despotism, he said, noting that the cruel sanctions also touched all aspects of the Iranian people's daily life. The New Year will hopefully be a year of life full of peace, good health and prosperity for all the world, Jahangiri said.
