Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Dae, vice-president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, had a talk with a delegation of the Indian Foreign Ministry headed by Vijay Kumar Singh, minister of the State for External Affairs, which paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Wednesday.
