BANGKOK, November 29 (TNA) - Thailand International Motor Expo 2013, the 30th annual fair of its kind, kicked off on Friday, as its organisers are optimistic that about 50 billion baht should be changed hands during the 12-day event. Kwanchai Papaspong, head of the event's organising team, told journalists that the 30th Thailand International Motor Expo 2013, held at the IMPACT Trade and Exhibition Centre in Muang Thong Thani on the outskirts of Bangkok, is expected to draw about 1.6 million international visitors to view innovative and modern cars and even motorcycles. Kwanchai said that about 50,000 vehicles are also expected to be booked, most of them should be new models of small sedans. A total of 38 international car manufacturers will participate in this year's Thailand International Motor Expo, 10 of which are Asian auto manufacturers. (TNA)
