Vladimir Putin presents Sadyr Zhaparov with engraved sword

Bishkek, March 1, 2021. / Kabar /. Russian leader Vladimir Putin presented Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov with a sword, a telegram channel of the Kyrgyz leader said. A photo of the gift was also published there. "The most interesting was Vladimir Vladimirovich's gift to Sadyr Nurgozhoevich in the form of a sword decorated with precious metals. The president's protocol always prepares gifts carefully. It is a historical moment, when the presidents of the two countries give each other weapons," the report says. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov told Rossiyskaya Gazeta in an interview that he presented a sword to the Russia leader. “I have brought a beautiful sword as a gift to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This sword was made by very good craftsmen here in Kyrgyzstan,” the head of state said. On Feb. 24-25, Zhaparov paid his first foreign visit to Russia, where he met with Vladimir Putin.
