Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Precipitation is expected in western and central regions on April 17, in western half of the country on April 18, in central and eastern regions on April 19, and in eastern half of regions on April 20. Winds will take place with 16-18 m/sec in some parts of the country on April 18, in the most areas on April 19, and dust and snow storms with 12-14 m/sec--in Gobi and steppe regions on April 20. The nighttime temperature is to be -12-17, daytime 0 -5 in mountainous areas of Khangai and Khovsgol. In Gobi region, at nights will be -3 +2, in daytime +5 +10.
