Well-wishers welcome to witness Royal Coronation ceremonies of Thai King

BANGKOK, March 29 (TNA) - The government has invited people across the country, including international tourists, to participate in public ceremonies related to the Royal Coronation of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun, or King Rama X, of Thailand. Deputy Prime Minister General Chatchai Sarikulya, in his capacity as the chairman of a government panel tasked with public relations (PR) activities for the upcoming Royal Coronation, made the invitation on March 28, saying that the general public are welcome to participate in the string of Royal Coronation ceremonies by being presence as well-wishers at the areas arranged by the government or watching a series of live broadcasts of the ceremonies to be run by the TV Pool networks. The deputy prime minister told journalists, after holding the latest meeting of the government panel, that the TV Pool networks will handle the live broadcasts of the Royal Coronation ceremonies through over 200 cameras and 19 outside broadcasting (OB) buses on April 6 and 18, as well as on May 4-6. According to the Thai deputy premier, his panel has heeded and will follow the royal advice of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for conducting the PR activities for the greatest honor of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun. The Thai deputy prime minister stated that all scripts and processes related to the Royal Coronation ceremonies will be thoroughly screened by experts and automatic devices will be used in venues with limited spaces, like inside the Grand Palace. The Thai government has announced that ceremonies concerning the sacred water to be used during the gracious and auspicious Royal Coronation ceremonies in early May will be first broadcast live on April 6 and 18.
