World Population Day Observed

Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- There was a seminar at the Grand People's Study House Wednesday to mark the 2018 World Population Day. Present there were officials in public health and relevant units and members of international organizations including the acting representative of the UNPF and officials of foreign embassies. Speeches were made. The speakers stressed the need to strength the medical service for reproductive health in a qualitative manner in keeping with this year's theme of UNPF "Family planning is a human right". They explained the service of the family planning and its situation, results of canvass, and cooperative activities of the UNPF. -0-
