Xiomi Opens First Outlet In Surabaya

SURABAYA, E Java, July 29 (Antara) - Xiaomi has opened its first Authorized Mi Store in Surabaya, the capital of East Java, on Saturday, as part of its effort to reach the provincial market. Head of Xiaomi, South Pacific Region, and Xiaomi Indonesia Country Manager, Steven Chi, said that the establishment of first Mi Store in Surabaya was aimed at strengthening the mission of the Chinese smart phone product in presenting its innovations and making it closer to users. "Authorized Mi Store Surabaya is part of Xiaomi's effort in giving 'hands-on experience' to more users and Mi fans living in East Java," Chi remarked. As an economic, business, and an entertainment and lifestyle hub, Surabaya will be one of Xiaomi's focus in its effort to expand its reach, so that more users could enjoy its innovative products, he stated. Xiaomi's top products include Redmi Note 5, Redmi 5. Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi 5A, Redmi Note 5A, Redmi Note 5A Prime, Mi A1, and newly launched Redmi S2, besides ecosystem products such as Mi Band, Mi Power Bank, and Mi Bluetooth Speaker. Xiaomi has set a target of opening 40 more outlets across the country.
