‘Culture of Peoples of North Caucasus’ Festival to take place in Bishkek

Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2021 . / Kabar / . The Kyrgyz National Philharmonic named after Satylganov will host on Dec. 16 the 8th International Festival Culture of the Peoples of the North Caucasus. The event is organized by the representation of Russia’s Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation in Kyrgyzstan and the International Association of Karachais Ata-Jurt with the support of the People’s Assembly of Kyrgyzstan. The festival will be held as part of the ongoing Cross Year of Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The program includes dances and songs of the peoples of the North Caucasus, stylized numbers illustrating the customs and traditions of the Caucasian peoples performed by creative groups and performers of Kyrgyzstan.
