“11 11” CENTER REPORTS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Last week, the "11 11" Center of the Government for Reforms received complaints regarding a composition change in the Managing board of the National University of Mongolia. The Ministry of Education and Science responded to the complaints that they will address the issue from a legal point, observing rights of the students in the first place. Quality of health services in the provincial hospitals and health centers is low, and patients face many bureaucratic burdens before receiving services, complained others. Many also approached to the center to express opinions on suggested cancellation of plate number restriction in the capital city during this winter, mostly being in favor of continuing this restriction.
