8th Int’l Festival Culture of Peoples of North Caucasus held in Bishkek

Bishkek, Dec. 17, 2021. / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz National Philharmonic named after Satylganov hosted the 8th International Festival Culture of the Peoples of the North Caucasus. The event took place within the framework of the Cross Year of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Kyrgyz Republic said. The event was organized by the representation of Russia’s Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation in Kyrgyzstan and the International Association of Karachais Ata-Jurt with the support of the People’s Assembly of Kyrgyzstan. The program included dances and songs of the peoples of the North Caucasus, stylized numbers illustrating the customs and traditions of the Caucasian peoples performed by creative groups and performers of Kyrgyzstan.
