Agro hackathon being held in Kyrgyzstan with prize fund USD 4 thsd

Bishkek, Nov. 1, 2021 . / Kabar /. Agro Hackathon Agro Hack is being held in Kyrgyzstan. The prize fund is KGS 340 thousand ($ 4,000), the press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Agriculture said Monday. Agro Hack - a hackathon designed to stimulate the generation of new ideas for digital solutions in agriculture, then presenting them to potential investors for further development. The main goal of the event is to create conditions for solving problems in the agribusiness through the development and implementation of new digital solutions in the agricultural sector. Experts will study applications and select the best 15 teams, which will participate in the Agro Hackathon and get the opportunities of digital solutions in agriculture. Program of the Agro Hackathon: On Nov. 9-16, 15 teams will select and prepare presentations of their ideas with expert guidance from mentors. On Nov. 17, teams will participate in a 1-day offline Hackathon to improve presentations and prepare a presentation of their developed projects. A final event will take place on Nov. 18, in which participants will present their projects to expert jury to determine four winners.
