Blagoveschensk welcomes Russian, Chinese journalists

BLAGOVESCHENSK, June 26. /TASS/. Participants in the Russian-Chinese media tour, organized by TASS and China’s Renmin Ribao (People’s Daily), have arrived in Russia’s Amur region. A folk music group welcomed the journalists. The opening ceremony of the second stage of the media tour was organized on Saturday in China in presence of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and China’s President Xi Jinping. Organizers say on June 26, the journalists will have a sightseeing tour, then they will take a trip to the Vostochny space launch pad, will see the region’s projects and will meet Governor Alexander Kozlov. The media tour will cover the Russian regions bordering China in the Amur region and the Maritime Territory. Read more
