BOOKS TO BE DONATED TO PRISONERS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian Youth Federation ran a "Book Festival" on May 19-20. The reading promotion festival included a series of actions such as second-hand books exchange between bookstores and individuals, issuing of readers cards for students, new book promotions and auctions. The event organizers also ran an introduction tour to the Rare and Precious Books Museum of the Mongolian National Library, with a participation of 50 young people. During the festival, some 50 books were donated to jails.
