These two states have suffered great losses and contributed much to defeating world fascism,” Hua said. “We think that development of such exchanges between Russia and North Korea promotes peace and stability in the region.” Moscow has invited many global leaders - including Kim and the presidents of China and South Korea - to its 70th Victory Day celebrations, which will feature a Red Square parade. Russia's foreign minister said on Wednesday Kim Jong Un had given a positive response to the Kremlin's invitation to visit Russia. Read more
