International jazz project presented in Baku

Baku, June 8, AZERTAC The International Mugham Center hosted a jazz project. The event was held with the support of the Cultural Council of the Embassy of Turkey in Azerbaijan, the embassies of France and Belgium to the country. The project brought together world-famous musicians from Turkey, France and Belgium. Azerbaijan was represented by talented jazzman and composer Elchin Shirinov. Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral stressed the importance of the event. The diplomat emphasized the role of music in expanding cultural ties between the two countries. The band Önder Focan and Salliel Bros performed at the event. The event also featured concert by the Azerbaijani-French-Belgian jazz trio under the direction of Elchin Shirinov, LinleyMarthe and Stefan Gallandin.
