KSrelief Team Reviews Progress of Training Courses in the Project to Support Youth Empowerment, Improve Living Conditions in Yemen

Aden, March 18, 2022, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) team in Aden Governorate inspected Wednesday the progress of training in a number of skill and administrative courses within the project to support the empowerment of young men and women to improve living conditions in Yemen, which is being implemented in eight governorates. During the visit, the center's team was briefed by the project management on the mechanism relied upon in selecting the beneficiaries, the quality of the curriculum taught during the training, the practical training mechanism, and methods for receiving knowledge among the participants. The team listened to a number of trainees' impressions about training and appropriate proposals to transfer them from the needy category to the category of production by including them in the labor market. It is worth mentioning that the project to support youth empowerment to improve living conditions in Yemen aims to empower 1,250 individuals professionally through training in the most demanded areas in the labor market, and providing them with the necessary grants to establish their own projects. --SPA
