Kyrgyz film "Akyrky koch" will take part in Leon Film Festival

Bishkek, Oct. 27, 2021 / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz film "Akyrky koch" (The Road to Eden) will participate in the full-length film competition of the International Film Festival (Festival Internacional de Cine de León), which will be held from 3 to 7 November. The Ministry of Culture reported that the Leon International Film Festival has a history of seven years of continuous activity in the field of film screening and preparation of new audiences in the city of Leon, Guanajuato, its goal is to reach the national and international markets in the field of short films, feature films and documentaries. The León International Film Festival began in 2015, the same year the State Commission for Filming in Guanajuato was established, and the philosophy is to become one of the most important festivals in Mexico. The film "Akyrky koch" is a joint production of the National Kyrgyzfilm Film Studio and Bilimkana Public Fund.
