Kyrgyz servicemen take part in ‘Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021’ CSTO exercise in Russia

Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2021 . / Kabar / . Servicemen of Kyrgyzstan are participating in the “Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021” exercise of the Collective Security Treaty Organization(CSTO). The press service of Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Defense reported that on Nov. 8-12 Russia’s Kazan city is hosting “Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021” training of CSTO collective peacekeeping forces. “Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021” CSTO exercise involves military contingents of armed forces of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan to practice joint actions. A total of 1.8 thousand people representing armed forces and law enforcement bodies of CSTO member countries and up to 300 armament units including eight helicopters MI-8 and MI-24 and two multifunctional fighter-bombers Su-34 participate in peacekeeping operations. The ultimate goal of the joint operations of the military contingents of CSTO member states is to create a powerful diversified grouping of troops with a unified command and control system in the shortest possible time.
