Kyrgyz student earns gold medal at int’l programming competition Info (1) Cup

Bishkek, Feb. 22, 2022. / Kabar /. A student from Kyrgyzstan won a gold medal at the international programming competition Info (1) Cup, the press service of the Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan said. The 6th international competition on programming among juniors Info(1)Cup was held on Feb. 11-13. The competition was organized by the Prahova County Center of Excellence (Romania). A total of 160 students under the age of 16 from 14 countries - Armenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Georgia, Egypt, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Syria and Ukraine - participated. The gold medal was won by Aidar Munduzbaev, a 10th grader from the Aitmatov Lyceum in Bishkek.
