Kyrgyzstan confirms 162 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Dec. 28, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan confirmed on Monday 162 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the country's total caseload to 80,535. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that of the total cases 4,106 cases are medical workers, including 3,339 recoveries. 237 patients recovered while one other died, taking the total recoveries to 75,057 and fatalities to 1,349. 1,265 people are currently hospitalized across the country and 1,960 patients are receiving treatment at home. The country has conducted 906 coronavirus tests over the past day.
