Kyrgyzstan logs 797 new coronavirus cases, total at 165,540

Bishkek, Aug 3, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyz health authorities confirmed on Tuesday 797 new cases of coronavirus infection. Thus, according to the latest data from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, the country's tally of infections has reached 165,540. Number of recoveries from the respiratory disease has climbed to 149,171 after 1,794 people have cured of the virus in the last 24 hours. Coronavirus has claimed lives of 10 more Kyrgyzstanis, taking the nationwide death toll to 2,354. Currently, treatment in hospitals is provided to 3,493 patients, while 9,174 people are being treated at home.
