Kyrgyzstan registers 379 new COVID-19 cases, 3 deaths

Bishkek, Dec. 10, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan announced on Thursday 379 new COVID-19 cases, taking the tally in the country to 76,391. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said the among the new cases, 120 were confirmed in the capital city of Bishkek, 98 in Chui Oblast, 1 in Issyk-Kul Oblast, 29 in Jalal-Abad Oblast, 15 in Batken Oblast, 11 in Osh Oblast, 10 in Talas Oblast and 7 in Naryn Oblast. The headquarters reported 11 new cases among medical workers, bringing the total number of contracted medical workers to 4,007, including 3,719 recoveries. The total number of recovered patients in the country stood at 68,894 including 527 new recoveries. Three new deaths are reported over the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 1,306. Currently, 2,305 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 3,041 patients - at home. The country has conducted 3,726 tests in the past 24 hours.
