Kyrgyzstan registers 386 new recoveries from novel coronavirus

Bishkek, Dec. 17, 2020. /Kabar/. In the past day, another 386 coronavirus patients have recovered throughout Kyrgyzstan. Thus, a total of 71,656 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of the disease caused by novel coronavirus so far, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said on Thursday. The country confirmed 264 new coronavirus cases, raising the tally of infections to 78,415. The nationwide death toll from COVID-19 has reached 1,321 with four deaths reported over the past day. Meanwhile, there are 4,558 active cases in the country, 1,815 of them are being treated in hospitals, and 2,743 patients are receiving treatment at home. The country has conducted 29,24 tests in the past 24 hours.
