Kyrgyzstan reports 322 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Dec. 9, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Wednesday 322 new COVID-19 cases, taking the tally to 76,012. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said the new cases were discovered out of 3,439 COVID-19 medical tests that were conducted in the country during the past day. The headquarters also said that among the new cases 10 are medical workers, bringing the total number of contracted medical workers to 3,996, including 3,702 recoveries. The number of recoveries from the coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan increased to 68,367 after 494 more were added in the last 24-hour period. Two new deaths are reported over the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 1,303. Currently, 2,370 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 3,128 patients - at home.
