Kyrgyzstan - UAE 2021 tourism roadshow held in Dubai

Bishkek, Dec. 13, 2021 . / Kabar / . Dubai, UAE hosted a tourism roadshow organized by the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the republic. The press service of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers reported that the event was organized as part of the National Day of the Kyrgyz Republic EXPO 2020. In his welcome speech Minister of Culture Azamat Zhamankulov noted Kyrgyzstan’s significant tourist potential for all types of tourism, including adventure, environmental, ethno-cultural and historical tourism. "We are ready to welcome tourists from all over the world at any time of the year. We have ideal conditions for all kinds of tourism: these are rivers for rafting, mountains over 7,000 meters high for climbers, and our pearl – Issyk-Kul Lake,” the minister of culture of Kyrgyzstan emphasized. The tourism roadshow was held with the purpose of establishment and strengthening of business relations between tourist companies of two countries. More than 50 representatives of tourist organizations of the two countries participated in the event. The tourism roadshow resulted in the signing of an agreement with a number of tour operators from the United Arab Emirates and Kyrgyzstan on cooperation and exchange of tourists. A roadshow is a tour of a region/country/countries during which businessmen hold personal meetings with investors and major clients.
