Kyrgyzstan, UAE debate health cooperation

Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2020. /Kabar/. Health Ministries of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev and the United Arab Emirates Abdul Rahman Bin Mohammed Al Owais held on Monday an online meeting, the press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Health said. At the online meeting, held with the assistance of the Kyrgyz Embassy in the UAE, the sides discussed cooperation issues in the field of health between the two countries, the possibility of sharing experiences in the treatment of patients with coronavirus infection. The two ministers also debated the possibility of providing assistance in sending humanitarian aid to the Kyrgyz Republic for COVID-19 battle. Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev congratulated his counterpart on the 49th anniversary of the United Arab Emirates. He also expressed gratitude to the UAE Government for the previously provided humanitarian assistance in the form of personal protective equipment and sanitation workers. At the end of the meeting, the sides agreed to establish cooperation through online conferences to share experiences and learn UAE’s best practice in the treatment of coronavirus patients.
