The Deputy Minister touched upon the issue of returning students to their homeland. "We see that many students who come to study have support from their states, but they have a contract under which they are obliged to return. We are interested in their return to homeland, as we consider this as helping to train qualified personnel for you," Zenkovich said. He added that there are variants on the basis of the agreement of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic with specific universities on targeted education. "We are also interested in this variant. Given that we are grateful that you are targeting the Russian language, it would be correct to use these mechanisms," Zenkovich said. The event is organized by the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the Development of Science and Education. Within the framework of the teleconference, the possibility of signing agreements in the field of educational and humanitarian cooperation was discussed as well.
