TURKSOY exhibition opens in Malatya

Baku, October 21, AZERTAC The Turkish city of Malatya is hosting an exhibition of works by artists from member countries of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY). In his remarks at the event, TURKSOY Deputy Secretary General Firat Purtaş stressed the importance of the exhibition. He said this year marks the anniversary of independence of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. “And our exhibition marks this very occasion,” he added. Nearly hundred works by 22 artists are on display at the 10-day exhibition, which is co-organized by Inonu University and the Turkish International Cooperation and Coordination Agency.
