Volume of oil products production increases in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2018. /Kabar/. The volume of oil products production has increased in Kyrgyzstan since the beginning of 2018, the National Statistics Committee reported.

The growth rate made 34.9%. In total, four countries are engaged in producing refined oil products today throughout the country: the Kyrgyz Petroleum Company CJSC, oil-processing plants in Jalal-Abad, Kemin, and Kara-Balta.

Moreover, the Statistics Committee indicated that in the industrial sector the growth rate had been reached in the textile sector (1.5 times), the production of clothes ( 24.9), rubber and plastic items, as well as other non-metal mineral products (by 16.8%).

the share of industry made approximately 146 billion soms out of 310.3 billion soms of the total volume of the gross domestic product.
