Zulushev takes part in regular meeting of CIS Coordination Council of Prosecutors’ General

Bishkek, Sept. 24, 2021. / Kabar / . A delegation of the Prosecutor General's Office of Kyrgyzstan, headed by Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev, took part in the 31st meeting of the Coordination Council of Prosecutors General of CIS countries in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. The event was attended by Prosecutors General of Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. In accordance with the agenda, the meeting focused on coordinating the efforts of CIS member states' prosecutor generals in key areas of prosecutorial activity, and discussed issues of strengthening interagency cooperation and collaboration through the prosecutorial authorities. As a result, it was decided to hold the next meeting of the CIS Coordination Council of Prosecutor’s Generals in 2022 in Belarus. In addition, as part of the visit, Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan Zulushev held a bilateral meeting with counterpart of Kazakhstan Gizat Nurdauletov. During the meeting, the sides drew attention to the strengthening of international cooperation in the continued exchange and implementation of experience in the application of advanced technologies in order to improve the information systems of the prosecution bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic. Besides, during a meeting with Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan Nigmatilla Yuldashev a program of cooperation was signed between the Attorney General's Offices of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan for 2022-2023, aimed at further developing cooperation in the field of training prosecutors and investigators of the prosecution of the two countries.
