“Mongolia-Germany economic cooperation will be elevated up to newer level"

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia’s Minister of Industry D.Erdenebat has paid a working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) to launch an introduction of the German hi tech into Mongolia and to focus on attracting Germany’s private sector to the Mongolian manufacturing industry. The Minister has met with Mr Stephan Steinlein, the State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office, to discuss issues and to share views on projects on small- and middle-sized productions, being realized in the industrial spheres of the two countries. At this meeting, the Ambassador of Mongolia to Germany Ts.Bolor noted that the SME accounts for about 90% of Germany’s economy, and emphasized an importance of connecting the Mongolian SME with their German counterparts. Then, the Minister has met with Mr Matthias Machnig, the State Secretary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The sides shared information about big projects which are being realized in the industrial sectors of the two countries. They also have emphasized a high time that the sides bring the bilateral economic cooperation into a newer level.
