“PREMIER’S 30 MINUTES” MEETING RUNS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag Thursday held his "PM’s 30 minutes" weekly meeting at the State House. Beginning it, the Premier briefed about allocation of flats in a newly erected "Buyant-Ukhaa 1" apartment town in the Khan-Uul district’s 9th khoroo (smallest administrative unit in UB). Accordingly, this town will have 1,764 flats in 28 buildings, a parking lot, playgrounds for children, a kindergarten and a service center. The town is supposed to open by this May. A first part of apartments with 567 flats came into use last month, he reminded. About prices of the flats he said that one flat costs one million 280 thousand togrog per square meter, 60% of these flats will be bought by state servants by leasing, the rest will be allotted to elders, the disabled and young families. The Minister of Population’s Development and Social Welfare S.Erdene said the pensions have increased 15-30% based on several conditions. Thus, a minimum pension has reached 207 thousand 300 togrog.
