1st VP Felicitates Tajik New PM On Appointment

Tehran, Dec 4, IRNA – First Vice-President Es-haq Jahangiri in a message on Tuesday congratulated Tajikistan’s new Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda appointed by President Emomali Rahmon to the post. In his message, Jahangiri expressed hope that the two countries would further promote bilateral relations as well as international cooperation during Rasulzoda’s term in office. The vice-president also called for regular consultations between officials from Iran and Tajikistan./end
