35th meeting of TURKSOY Permanent Council held in Kazakhstan

Baku, December 5, AZERTAC The Kazakh city of Turkestan has hosted the 35th meeting of the Permanent Council of TURKSOY. The Council reviewed the results of the organization`s activities in 2017, the action program for 2018, considered proposals on historical personalities to be included in the TURKSOY calendar of celebrations next year, as well as cities nominated to be declared TURKSOY cultural capitals, and other issues. An Azerbaijani delegation led by MP, head of Ataturk Center in Azerbaijan Nizami Jafarov attended the event.
