5+1 foreign ministers may join Iran talks: Xinhua

TEHRAN,July 9(MNA) – A number of foreign ministers of the 5+1 group are expected to travel to Vienna on Friday to join the ongoing talks on Iran’s nuclear program, Xinhua reported. The report added that it is still unclear which countries would join the talks, but most probably U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry may join the meeting. The foreign ministers of the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) joined the nuclear talks in Geneva last year which resulted in the signing of an interim nuclear deal. Now the negotiators from Iran and the major powers are trying to draw up a final comprehensive deal based on the terms of the interim deal.
