63% of Azerbaijani voters cast ballots as of 16:00 in Bishkek

Bishkek, September 26, AZERTAC 63% of Azerbaijani eligible voters have cast ballots in a polling station at the country`s Embassy in Kyrgyzstan as of 16:00 local time as Azerbaijan is holding a referendum to make amendments to the Constitution. All conditions have been created at the Embassy to ensure a free and transparent referendum.
