BANGKOK, June 12 (TNA) – Thai Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha said the signing of a document between the US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un at the historic summit in Singapore today is a good sign for the world.

Gen Prayut said he gave moral support for both leaders.

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai said that he believed the two leaders are satisfied with the results of the meeting and it would be constructive meeting with positive impacts to the region and the world.

According to the document, Washington would provide unspecified “security guarantees” in exchange for North Korea’s “unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.”
