Agreement, Co-op In NAM Meeting Unequaled - Soltanieh

Tehran, Aug 29, IRNA -- Iran’s Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ali-Asghar Soltanieh said Wednesday that agreement and cooperation among the participating NAM members in Tehran is unequalled. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the ongoing ministerial meeting of the 16th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in the Iranian capital, Soltanieh described this overall agreement between the member states as a good opportunity for cooperation. Referring to Iran's presidency over the organization for the next three years, Soltanieh hoped the country would well perform its duties. Asked about how much the NAM meeting affects the process of nuclear talks, the Iranian official said being the NAM president would of course absorb more support for Iran's peaceful nuclear program./end
