Ahani Conditions Success Of Iran-G5+1 Talks On Observation Of Iran's Rights

Paris, Feb 19, IRNA – Iran's Ambassador to France, Ali Ahani, says that the upcoming Iran-G5+1 talks will be fruitful if the rights of the Iranians are respected. "We pursue a non-military nuclear program which is under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)," Ahani said in an interview with French international radio channel (RFI). "We are committed to our undertakings," Ahani said, reminding that the IAEA team had recently visited Iran, while another team is scheduled to visit the country for further studies about the country's nuclear activities in the near future. Regarding Israel's war rhetoric against Iran, Ahani said that the Iranian forces are fully prepared to defend the country and have foreseen various scenarios for confronting such hostile moves and adopted all necessary measures. /end
