AMBASSADOR TO ANDORRA PRESENTS DIPLOMATIC CREDENTIALS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Principality of Andorra Mr M.Batsaikhan presented last week his diplomatic credentials to His Holiness Archbishop Joan Enric Vives i Sicilia, the Bishop of Urgell and Co-Prince of Andorra. At the meeting held after the presentation, the Ambassador conveyed greetings of the President Elbegdorj to His Holiness, and said Mongolia aspires to develop the relations and cooperation with Andorra in all mutually-beneficial sectors. Conveying his greetings to the Mongolian President, His Holiness Archbishop Joan Enric Vives i Sicilia spoke about his understanding about Mongolia, and then wished big success to Mr Batsaikhan who became the very first Ambassador of Mongolia to Andorra. The Foreign Minister of Andorra Mr Gilbert Saboya Sunye received the Ambassador, exchanging views on a chance of boosting the bilateral relations and cooperation, and promising to back any proposals and initiatives on propagandizing each other. During the meeting, Mr Batsaikhan conveyed a congratulatory letter from the Premier N.Altankhuyag to the Prime Minister of Andorra. Mongolia and the Principality of Andorra established the diplomatic relations on November 21 of 2011.
