Ankara: Iran-P5+1 Nuclear Deal Promotes Regional Interaction

Ankara, Nov 30, IRNA - Head of Turkeys parliamentary friendship group with Iran Osman Ashkin Bak described Iran?s newly-made nuclear deal with the world six powers as valuable and a cause to promote further interaction among regional states. Speaking to IRNA, Ashkin BAK underlined that the deal would create a positive and diverse atmosphere in regional interactions and would also serve the interests of Iran and Turkey. Reiterating the support of Turkish officials for Iran’s peaceful nuclear program, he said, the first step nuclear deal between Iran and Group 5+1 has once more proved that Ankara was right in its support for Tehran. Pointing to the recent visit of an Iranian parliamentary delegation to Turkey, Ashkin Bak noted further exchange of delegations between the two capitals would have positive effects on promotion of bilateral cooperation. The Iranian parliamentary delegation led by Head of the Iran-Turkey Parliamentary Friendship Group Moayyed Hosseini Sadr arrived in Turkey on November 25 on an official visit to discuss grounds for the enhancement of cooperation between Tehran and Ankara.
