Anti-Islam film was a U.S.-Zionist plot: Iranian EC chairman

TEHRAN,Sept.16(MNA) – In a message issued on Saturday, Expediency Council Chairman Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said that the release of the U.S. anti-Islam movie was a U.S.-Zionist plot that was met with a crushing response from Muslims across the world. Ayatollah Rafsanjani expressed hope that the Zionists and their Western allies would learn a lesson from Muslims’ reaction to the blasphemous move.
